William Copeland Bowie (1855–1936) was an English Unitarian minister and administrator. He served as missionary agent and then secretary of the British and Foreign Unitarian Association and edited Liberal Religious Thought at the Beginning of the Twentieth Century.

This event was the first congress of the organisation that would later become the IARF.
