Members of IARF Member Groups or Chapters may apply for financial assistance to travel to the Congress in Cluj, as well as for the cost of their Congress pass and meals to be covered.
The IARF was able to establish a fund to provide these sponsorships thanks to a generous grant from our Europe and Middle East region, the Dutch Chapter and Soni College.
Please use the form below to apply for financial assistance. The deadline is 5 July. The recipients will be notified by 10 July.
Before applying, please check if your Member Group or Chapter has a similar programme. If you cancel your participation, as a general rule the IARF will require the subsidy to be paid back. The subsidy will be paid out upon receipt of (a copy of) the plane/train ticket. You must have a bank account that can accept international transfers. We cannot use services like Western Union or Money Gram to pay out grants.
